1.Pre-sale Service

(A). An experienced and professional salesman will offer one-to-one service for each customer and make quotations based on your detailed product type / code requirements. 

(B). If you can't confirm the exact product model, we will communicate and discuss with you on ender users’ detail requirements of the product and its using environment. Afterwards, we will try to advise the cost-effective products for your selection.

(C). Regarding sampling, we pay attention to your sincerity and our better one-to-one service in future. In principle, we require customers to pay for the cost of samples and their express delivery charges. Sample price is according as wholesale price. After the sample is confirmed and approved, we will return the cost of sampling via discounts in formal orders.

(D). Keep in touch with each other on latest market information and new product trends so that can catch it together on time in competitive situation. 

2. In-sale Service

In the process of product manufacturing, relevant salesman will keep you informed by photos or videos about printing, testing, and packing. What we do is to confirm the delivery details in advance. Besides, we will also give suggestions on different delivery or shipping ways based on years of experience. Thus, we can try to save your time and cost on transportations.

3. After-sales Service

(A). Once the orders are shipped, our salesman will confirm with the express agent / cargo company / forwarder for tracking number or B/L. Meanwhile, we will apply for the documents from government departments, such as CO, FORM A, FORM E, COC, SASO, CIQ, etc. for your destination custom clearance if needed. You will get the original documents (or scanned copies if workable) at the first time via express, like DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, FedEx, etc.

(B). After customers receive the orders, we will follow up the status of the goods condition when arriving and afterwards sales situation. As a result, we can discuss earlier to plan and arrange next orders’ materials, productions and purchases according to your sales and stocks in advance.

(C). If the customer face quality problems or receive complaints from their clients, we will check immediately if it is because of that the end user purchased the wrong model or there is mistakenly using. If so, we will guide customers to correct using method or cooperate with you for resale to others. If it is our own quality problem, as long as it is verified, we will actively contact customers and provide satisfied solutions. The final solutions will be provided individually to customers after discuss with them. 

(D). From time to time, we will fly to customers’ countries and cities to visit them to learn their products’ using and sales status. We are willing to learn from you face to face on our continuously improvements in future so that we can expand our cooperation range as well as your customer experiences.

At the same time, regardless the stage of cooperation between us, as long as customers have business trip plans for visiting, travelling, or making factory inspection in China, we are full experienced to advise travelling schedule for you. In this way, it will be helpful for you to save a lot of time and travelling cost.
